If you wish to raise a query or complaint with us, please send mail to connect@scholarchool.coach, the company will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receiving the mail. Kindly note that once your complaint is received, we shall use our best efforts to redress it within a period of 15 (fifteen) days from the date of acknowledgement of the complaint.
